What are the top three things you aim to accomplish if elected? We have also introduced natural gas service in Byram for the first time, maintained our AA+ credit rating, saved residents money through a townwide electricity aggregation deal, and entered into shared service agreements with Andover, Hopatcong, Netcong, Sparta and Sussex County. We have received multiple grants from New Jersey, Sussex County and the Highlands Council in furtherance of our efforts to improve our parks, lakes and trail networks. We successfully negotiated a five-year labor contract for 2 percent annual salary increases for our police, Department of Public Works and administrative employees. The average municipal tax increase in Byram since my election has been 1.22 percent despite rampant inflation pressures. I am very proud of the fiscal discipline Byram has achieved.
